Our help ticket may be accessed using the menu at the bottom of every page in the online Interface (web builder).
To open a new ticket, simply look for the link that says "Click here to open a new ticket." You will be asked to select the domain you need help with, and a description of your problem or question.
Our help staff will receive your question 24/7, and will be able to respond quickly to your problem.
When you post a question to the help system, we post your question in your account so you can see it. A ticket that has been received by us shows like this. The status "New" means that it has been posted to the help queue and will be answered by our help staff.
Typically, help requests are answered within 2-3 hours. Help tickets are always answered within 24 hours, even on weekends.
We highly recommend it. Sometimes we may need additional information from you about your issue. Open the Help Ticket System and check your submitted tickets. If you see "Waiting for Your Response" under the ticket status, you will need to open the ticket and respond. Click on the ticket number, or on the "chat" icon to the left of the number. This allows you to see all the comments posted on this issue, and post a response yourself.
